A) From M1 Junction 15, on to A45. After 12 miles turn left at the roundabout (by the McDonalds). Down the hill, over roundabout, up-hill and then left at mini-roundabout into Park Farm South. Booth Drive second on right.

B) From Kettering (A14), onto A509 to Wellingborough. Turn right up-hill, over roundabout at top. Next roundabout, right into Park Farm South. Booth Drive second on the right.
