Neil started his career in the Automotive Industry studying chemistry and metallurgy to gain a Full Technical Apprenticeship. He joined the foam industry as a works chemist, progressing with the company over 10 years to become Sales and Technical Director Neil is married with 2 children. He is very sporting and enjoys golf and football and is somewhat of a musical virtuoso playing the piano and trumpet. His golfing interests have seen Foam Techniques sponsoring Seve Ballesteros' caddy. He also plays chess and dabbles in the Stock Market.

He is the co-founder of Foam Techniques and is responsible for Sales and Technical Development. His drive, enthusiasm and commitment have made Foam Techniques into "The Home of Foam". Neil is pictured here on the right with his good friend Miguel Angel Jimenez, the Golf Professional.
